It’s all about the data behind customer experience at this year’s Global Forum

31 July 2018

An exceptional customer experience is almost always driven by data and analytics.

Technology and innovation are now allowing data and marketing to coincide and provide a deeper view of who a customer is, what their triggers are, and how best to convert them.

This August 30-31, our sister organisation ADMA is holding the annual Global Forum CX conference and we are looking forward to seeing some of the keynote speakers who are leading their industries through data, technical innovation and digital architecture, interpreting consumer behaviour and customer insights and providing solutions accordingly.

Hear from brands such as Facebook who are set to take the audience through their data-driven transformation and how to measure CX through customer journey analytics as well as the role that data plays in customer engagement.

William Confalonieri, Chief Digital Officer, from Deakin University will be presenting on chatbot technology, AI, voice recognition and predictive analytics.

If you are looking for insights into how to create a culture of data enablement, Emma Gray, Chief Data Officer at ANZ will be presenting on driving growth with data and data-led CX moving beyond segmentation to personalisation to individualisation.

And the data topic on everyone’s lips at the moment is around GDPR and the impact it will have to business. Chris Monk, Head of Region (Asia-Pacific) from Decoded will present on all things GDPR related as-well-as cover off on the do’s and don’ts of data security.
