Predictive analytics has driven strong client retention at global recruitment service Monster — and helped the company to grow a stronger share of wallet — according to Jean Paul Isson, Global VP of Business Intelligence and Predictive Analytics. Isson will be in Sydney in July, when he will speak at the ADMA BI and Analytics Lab.

Which-50 spoke to Isson, author of Win with Advanced Business Analytics, last week about Monster’s programs and the importance of analytics to innovation. “We use analytics to acquire and better retain customers, and to better understand the responses they get on our site so we can provide a better service.”

As an example, Isson said the company built a predictive analytics model to help limit churn. “The model is being used by our sales organisation and our customer service organisation for proactive outreach,” he said.
